2. Making a contract with us
2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
2.2 Once we have reviewed your order, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order and that a contract has been made between us.
2.3 In the event that your purchase of ADI Business Success membership would create a conflict of interest in your chosen operational area, we will advise you of this. Should this be the case, we will not be able to offer you membership of ADI Business Success and your membership subscription fee will be refunded ASAP.
2.4 ADI Business Success is hosted on our membership site https://adibusinesssuccess.co.uk/ It consists of video tutorials and PDF reports which can be accessed from any internet browser.
2.5 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. ADI Business Success may vary slightly in appearance from the image shown on the website.

3. How to place order
3.1 You are able to subscribe to ADI Business Success Membership by clicking the subscription button on our website.
3.2 You will entering a monthly subscription.
3.3 We use Stripe secure payment facilities for online purchases.
3.4 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
3.5 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds.
3.6 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
3.7 Once your order is complete we will send you confirmation to the email supplied on the subscription form . In most cases you will have instant access to the membership site but occasionally there may be a slight delay with the software.
3.9 Your membership will auto renew every month.
3.10 The current monthly membership fee is £20 monthly and you will be informed at least 1 month in advance should this fee change.
4. Delivery & Carriage Charges
4.1 You will receive an automated email with log in details for instant access.
6. Customer Support
6.1 ADI Business Success membership provides email support to assist with any queries that occur.
6.3 You will have access to updates (video tutorials and printed materials where necessary) to keep you up to date with changes and developments in Internet Marketing and business procedures. As new techniques are discovered and proven to work you will be provided with these new systems via the membership site.

7. Liability
7.1 The products sold on this website have been designed to comply with all relevant UK legislation. We cannot warrant or represent that they comply with any legal requirement outside the UK.

8. Refunds
8.1 Full refunds are available during the Try Us and See trial period.
8.2 Refunds are not available on the standard monthly subscription.
8.3 To claim a refund during the trial period, call Kelvin on 01278 450142 and simply give your reasons as to why you felt that you did not receive full value for your trial subscription. We need this information to continually improve the products and service we offer.
9. Termination of membership
9.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain membership access until the end of your current subscription period.
9.2 Once your membership subscription has been cancelled, your access to the ADI Business Success and the site content will be lost. You will also lose access to the closed Facebook group and any area exclusivity in place.
